DUI Program

Enrollment hours 8-11 & 1-3 M-F
To enroll in the DUI program you must have a court referral or obtain an H6- DMV printout.
Education

Prevention is educating youth and community members about the dangers of alcohol, tobacco, and drug use. It is also teaching skills to build healthy lifestyles that will reduce, delay or eliminate their risk of future use of alcohol, tobacco and/or drugs.

Pathways Treatment Facility provides residential treatment to men and women over the age of 18 who suffer from drug addiction and or alcoholism. Our goal is to provide you with a safe non-shaming, healthy environment for you to stabilize in, and from the immediate effects of your current drug or alcohol use.
The length of treatment will be individualized for each person. The typical stay is 30-90 days. Treatment also provides MAT services (Medical Assisted Treatment) These services are supervised by our Medical Director on staff, who specializes in Substance Abuse and MAT services.
Pathways Treatment Facility believes that your time and resources are valuable, so we provide a very structured program to make the best of your time and resources.
We will provide to you:
- Individual treatment planning.
- Individual and group counseling.
- Educational groups and lectures.
- Relapse prevention and individualized discharge planning.
- A full continuum of care, providing step down services as needed, including 52 weeks of Relapse Prevention group at no additional charge will be provided to those who complete their treatment successfully.
- Family counseling and family visiting.
- Linkages to outside services.
- 12 steps and other community support meetings.
- Daily exercise.
- Spiritual activities that include church services.
- Clean comfortable living and common areas.
- Medication supervision and scheduling.
- Nutritious meals and snacks. Special dietary needs are addressed as needed.

Day Treatment
Pathways Treatment Facility provides Day Treatment services to men and women over the age of 18. Day treatment services are considered an outpatient type of treatment that meets Monday thru Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm, lunch is provided.
Day Treatment services admission can be used as an alternative to residential care or as a step down program from our detoxification or residential program. Admission to Day treatment will be determined at time of assessment.
We will provide to you:
- Individual treatment planning.
- Individual and group counseling.
- Educational groups and lectures.
- Relapse prevention and individualized discharge planning.
- A full continuum of care, providing step down services as needed, including 52 weeks of Relapse Prevention group at no additional charge will be provided to those who complete their treatment successfully.
- Family counseling.
- Linkages to outside services.
- 12 steps and other community support.
- Lunch

Intensive Outpatient Treatment meets five times a week for six weeks or three times a week for ten weeks, each session is three hours. Pathways can tailor this program to fit your needs and schedule.

Treatment FAQs
1) How long will I be in residential treatment?
The length of stay is different for each individual and will be determined with the help of your Case Manager based on your specific needs.
2) Will I have to share a room?
Yes, you will have to share a room. Addiction and alcoholism are disorders that isolate individuals and part of the treatment experience and the path to wellness are to help you break free of that isolation.
3) Is there a restriction period?
Yes, it is a 7 day orientation/stabilization period. During this time you will be able to receive mail, however you will not be allowed phone calls or visitation. Your loved one is welcome to call and speak with our staff to find out how you are doing.
4) Is there support for loved ones?
Yes, Pathways has a strong family program that family members are encouraged to participate in to start their own healing process. Pathways staff can also help with referrals for Al-Anon groups and family therapy if needed. Participation in the Thursday family program will allow you visitation on Sundays. Family group on Thursday’s are from 9:00 am to 11:30 am, participation is required in order to participate in the visiting that is held on Sunday’s, from 2:00 pm- 3:30 pm.
5) Can I have visits from loved ones?
Yes, we encourage participation from loved ones. Part of the healing process is done with those loved ones. Participation in the Thursday family program will allow you visitation on Sunday’s.
6) What will I need to bring with me?
- No more than 8 outfits, laundry facilities are provided. Do not bring any clothing that depicts drugs or alcohol. No tank tops, halter tops, see through clothing or items that reflect questionable or objectionable material, no short shorts / skirts.
- Bring comfortable clothing for sleeping.
- Pathways provides linens, pillows and bath towels, so we ask that you do not bring any personal linens or towels.
- Personal hygiene items, these products cannot contain alcohol. If you don’t have access to personal hygiene items they will be supplied for you.
- Stamps and envelopes.
- If you are currently taking medications please bring them with you. They must be in the original container and expired medications will not be allowed.
- You may bring money, we suggest that you only bring $20.00 with you.
- Please bring your ID and insurance card with you.
7) What items are not allowed?
No food, sodas or candy is allowed, Pathways will provide you with plenty of healthy food options and snacks. No electronic devices, such as radios, cameras, iPods, computers, tablets or cell phones are allowed. Any disallowed items brought will be inventoried, stored and returned upon your discharge.
8) Can I use tobacco in treatment?
Yes, tobacco can be used in designated areas. Pathways is committed to providing resources for you to quit smoking if you chose to do so.

Pathways is a fully licensed by the State of California, our licensing allows Pathways to be an in-network provider with most insurance companies.
Our assessment staff will work with you and your insurance company to determine eligibility and cost if any.

Pathways works with American HealthCare Lending to help finance all or part of your treatment costs. Click the link below.
Pathways will work with individuals and families to set-up the right plan for you.
If your insurance company determines that you are eligible for our Day Treatment level of care only, we have available low-cost room and board. If you need this service, we will ask you to pay an extra $20/day for Room and Board that is NOT covered by insurance. This $20/day charge is in addition to deductibles and co-payments that are part of your health insurance plan.
Pathways DUI Program

Enrollment hours 8-11 & 1-3 M-F
To enroll in the DUI program you must have a court referral or obtain an K2- DMV printout. A driver license number or an X number is needed in order to enroll. We cannot accept driving records that are more than 30 days old. Walk-in enrollments operate on a first come first-serve basis. Clients are welcome to call and set up an appointment for enrollments.
